Payment

If you choose to pay via Paypal, ITSALABTHING will show up on your invoice and credit card statement.

Shipping

Our standard turnaround time is around 3-5 business days, plus ship time. All orders are filled in the order they are placed and products cannot be rushed. They are worth the wait!
Products are shipped as soon as they are completed, so keep in mind that your products may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, but will exchange an item for equal or lesser value. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within three business days from date of delivery so we can help you with our claim process.
Our products are warranted for 30 days (after the tracking number confirms delivery) for any type of damage – including the chipping of phone cases. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product and we will help you with our warranty process. Clearance items are final sale.

Email and Holidays

Orders, emails and other related activities are only processed during business days. All orders and emails are processed in the order they are received. Due to extensive email volume, please allow at least 2 business days for us to get back to you via email. Furthermore, processing times maybe delayed during select times of the year due to holidays and reduced staff during trade shows.
